De New Regulars, a non-profit community organization has participated in Toronto Caribbean Carnival for the past 35 years. Michael Williams have collaborated for the past 5 years with the Toronto Housing Community, engaging at-risk youths in Scarborough to read and play music on the steel pan and designing and decorating some of the beautiful costumes that you see on the Lake Shore.
Our efforts have been very instrumental in keeping at-risk youths from the prison system, violence and drugs.
